Format and Content

You will engage in a yearlong program combining five online courses offered in eight-week segments, a customized internship, and face-to-face work sessions that launch in June and conclude at ISTE's annual conference and exposition the following year. The courses and the culminating internship that make up the Graduate Certificate in School Administration and Supervision include:

Effective Leadership
Supervision and Professional Development
Organization and Administration of Schools
Curriculum, Theory, Development, and Implementation
School Law
Internship in Administration and Supervision

The partnership between JHU and ISTE offers the Center for Technology in Education's (CTE's) research-based approach to online learning while adding an emphasis on instructional technology to help school leaders create digital age learning environments. Learn More
