Editing Your Proposal

[top]
NECC will publish its Advance Program in mid-February. In conjunction, all the presentation-related proposal content in our database will be made public on our Web site. As such, we ask you to help us keep this information as accurate and up-to-date as possible. This includes your contact information, proposal summary, primary URL, equipment requests, and co-presenter information.

Note: your session title and short description may have been edited for length and/or marketing appeal, and are no longer accessible for editing. If you feel a change is necessary for either of these two fields, please contact .

Handouts

[top]
NECC attendees have come to expect and appreciate online handouts. As such, we are planning to once again make it possible for presenters to upload handouts to the NECC Web site. Look here for more information on how and when to upload your handouts in early-April.

Final Room Assignments

[top]
Final room assignments will be determined in mid-May, at which time you will be provided with access to complete room configuration and equipment information. All sessions and seminar/demo workshops will take place onsite at the San Diego Convention Center. Most hands-on workshops will likely be scheduled in offsite computer labs at nearby K–12 or university facilities. Hands-on workshop presenters will have the opportunity to schedule a lab preview appointment beginning in June.
